At Net to Table Seafoods LLC, we are committed to delivering the highest-quality seafood, caught and processed with great care by our trusted fishermen and partners. This document outlines the terms and conditions for your purchase, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and Net to Table Seafoods LLC. These terms may be updated at our discretion.
Subscription Service Terms & Conditions
- Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to automatic renewal. Your subscription will continue until canceled by you.
- Billing: Your credit card will be charged based on your chosen interval (monthly or every other month).
- Skipping Deliveries: You can skip a delivery anytime through your online account or by contacting customer service.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service. Cancellation requests must be made at least three (3) days before your scheduled shipment to receive a refund for unshipped boxes, minus any applicable promotional or prepaid discounts.
- Recurring Charges: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your credit card periodically according to your subscription term.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect cost changes. Price increases will be communicated in advance.
General Terms & Conditions
- Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our seafood. If you are unsatisfied, contact us for a refund or replacement.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
- Communication: By making a purchase, you consent to receiving updates and offers via email, phone, and texts. Ensure your contact information is accurate.
- Privacy: Your personal information is secure and will not be shared without your consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
- Delivery Address Changes: Notify us of any changes to your delivery address or if you cannot accept a delivery. Email us at nathanashcraft@nettotableseafoods.com for adjustments.
- Delivery and Storage: Your seafood is packed to remain frozen until the end of the delivery day. Proper storage post-delivery is your responsibility. Follow FDA guidelines for storage and thawing. Contact us with any storage or preparation questions.
- Delivery Schedule: We strive to deliver on schedule but may adjust dates due to weather, fishing conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
- Vacation Holds: If you will be away, notify us at least a week in advance to reschedule your delivery.
- Delivery Errors: Contact us to resolve any delivery issues.
- Customer Information: Keep your delivery address and payment information current to avoid delays.
- Customer Service: We are committed to exceptional service. Contact our support team for any concerns or suggestions. We generally respond to emails within 1 business day and are available during listed hours.
- Third-Party Rights: These terms do not grant any rights to third parties.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
