Seafood-Size Me! A 90-Day Seafood Challenge

Seafood-Size Me! A 90-Day Seafood Challenge

Join me on a journey to eat wild Alaskan seafood every day for the next 90 days (at least)!

I'll be sharing my baseline health metrics and my wild Alaskan seafood recipes all along the way.

Research has already proven that eating a regular diet of seafood improves brain and muscular function, strengthens the immune system, reduces inflammation as well as risk of cardiovascular disease.

I'm not trying to prove anything but rather show what it looks like to establish a habit of wild Alaskan seafood consumption and how it can affect health and performance.

One of the great benefits of Wild Alaskan seafood is how little contamination there is compared to farm-raised and wild pelagic fish (think tuna, mahi, etc). Hence, it can literally be eaten every day by an adult like me. Pregnant women and children can eat Alaskan salmon and sablefish everyday as well but should only eat large halibut, yellow rockfish or lingcod 2-6 times a week.
